Tom Izzo, head coach of the Michigan State Spartans, has reportedly kept becoming coach of the Cleveland Cavaliers on the table.

Izzo has been head coach at MSU since 1995. He won the national title in 2000 and has taken the Spartans to six Final Fours. While MSU hasn't produced a bevy of superstar players during Izzo's tenure, Zach Randolph being the most famous, he has excelled at maximizing player potential and developing a dominant collegiate system. How that system might transfer to the NBA is debatable.
