Yesterday, we reported that there was some Twitter buzz about Ray Allen joining the Cleveland Cavaliers. Fansided's Glenn Moore went so far as to call it a "done deal."
Well, and you may all find this hard to believe, turns out Twitter was wrong. At least for now.
Despite persistent reports, Allen's agent (Jim Tanner) told FoxSports and the Associated Press that there has been no decision made and that rumors of the 39-year old's signing have been greatly exaggerated.
That said, the choices for Allen remain the same---retire or join Cleveland. We'll have to keep playing the waiting game on this one.
